How to change a character?

I'm trying to change my character without having to restart the game.

To change your character in Dead Island Save Editor for Windows, open the program and select the “Character” tab. From there, you can edit the character's stats, inventory, and other attributes. You can also save the changes so that you don't have to restart the game.
