Can I implement S-Meter Lite with my new RFSpace Cloud SDR?

The Cloud SDR provides data in its "Continuum" mode as follows:
The continuum mode takes the SUM of all the I/Q signal power in the FFT bins over whatever frequency span you select. It is useful for measuring wide band noise like sun noise in antenna measurements. It is not useful for normal signals since a narrow signal gets spread over the the whole span due to the power summing action.

The peak signal data finds the highest FFT bin power over the span and is useful in determining if there is an interference signal in the wide band noise you are trying to measure that may invalidate your noise measurement.

I am doing serious HAMSCI propagation work re Trans-Pacific 7MHz propagation, and have published early results in QEX Magazine SEPT/OCT 2022 p. 14. 73, Larry N6NC
