How to print ticket with information that is on reprint ticket?

my trans software will not print information that is needed for shipping for first ticket, have to run reprint ticket to get all information. Seems like I should be able to get all information on first ticket. All help is Needed and Thanks in advance.

It is possible to print the information from the reprint ticket on the first ticket. To do this, you will need to adjust the settings in your TransCollector software.
