NAVA GPS not working. Why?

HI i just bought my new Nava BHCnava+ GPS, collected points and when trying to transfer the data to my computer the message appeared asking me to format it being using it.I did the farmatting and my GPS just stop functioning please help

It is possible that the GPS was not formatted correctly, or that the device is not compatible with the software.
