Usually these devices work without a username and password since the credentials are automatically configured with the SIM card. In case you have lost these credentials, please consult the manual of the device or contact the carrier from which you have obtained the device. In most of the cases a simple uninstall/install will reset all the settings to default making your device to work again without a username and password.
