USB on mac does not work. What can I do?

What Mac version does the interface support ? Im trying tô use on high Sierra 10.13.6 and 10.13.2 already updated firmware downloaded the Mac Control panela but the interface os not recognized on usb

The Phonic FireFly 808 & 808U Firewire Driver is compatible with Mac OS 10.13.6 and 10.13.2. In order to use the interface, you need to download the Mac Control Panel and update the firmware. If the interface is still not recognized, you may need to check the USB connection and restart your Mac.

I have the same problem. I use Windows 10, when I install the interface driver my pc does not recognize it, is there any solution?
