How do I get ride, or avoid, the lines that appear when I use the command XOR on my design?

I used the XOR command on CleWin5 to combine all the separate structures (pillars) on my design before printing it using laser lithography. But when I do this a set of lines appear all over my design and I can't get ride of them.

The answer to the question is that you can try to change the line width of the XOR command to a smaller value. This should reduce or eliminate the lines from appearing on your design.
