What is a file name extension called .rd (which is the RoboDemo project file) appears to have been removed in Adobe Captivate 5?

Adobe Captivate discontinues the file extension since Adobe Captivate 5 has been released in 2010. Adobe Captivate is available to use the .rd file extension such as the versions of RoboDemo (4.0 to 5.0), and Macromedia/Adobe Captivate (1.0 to 4.0). However, Adobe Captivate has changed the filename extension from .rd to .cptx in Adobe Captivate 5.
