How to download My Congregation on my new personal computer?

My church, Great Falls Church of the Nazarene, got this program quite a few years ago, and I have used it extensively for the church. I got a new computer and need to put program on it so I can make a new directory for the church.
Is it possible to do this without purchasing the program again?
