Setup application cannot run the 16-bit version of Windows in Adobe Streamline 4. Why?

I cannot run setup.exe on Windows 10 but the application cannot run the 16-bit version of Windows. How can i solve this operating system to run the setup application?

Answer to the question: Adobe Streamline 4 is not compatible with 16-bit versions of Windows, so it will not install or run on Windows 10. To install and run Adobe Streamline 4, you will need to use a 64-bit version of Windows.
