Unfortunately, there is no information about a version of Grant Digital Photo Album compatible with a 64-bit computer. However, I suggest you to run the application in Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try a similar application from Software Informer database.
