We are having issues with this software. It will not run without Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable installed which is no longer supported. Does anyone know a workaround for this. We are using version 1.9.4368.23293
Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this issue. Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable is no longer supported, so the only solution is to find a version of the software that does not require this component.
