Message when adding images to your page in dreamweaver 8. How to solve this?

When i try to add images to the page, when i click on the image icon, and you may see that open an image file dialog and gets the message while trying to browse the image files in dreamweaver 8 on windows 10.

Once your message dialog, i close the image file and gets the program freezes in dreamweaver 8. How doesn't to solve this program it?
