I have been a user of both SVCD2DVD and VOB2MPG for a long time but cannot obtain new licences when I have to reinstall. Why?

My computer crashed and I couldn't reinstall either of these programs. I registered for SVCD2DVD as normanbarrett@waitrose.com and VOB2MPG as nrbarrett@btinternet.com

Unfortunately, it is not possible to obtain new licenses for SVCD2DVD and VOB2MPG once they have been registered. You will need to contact the software developer to see if they can provide you with a new license.
