How will get it to run with net framework 3.5 as my computer will not allow 1.1

To get the EGS Recipe Center to run with .NET Framework 3.5, you may need to uninstall .NET Framework 1.1 and install .NET Framework 3.5. You can download .NET Framework 3.5 from the Microsoft website. Once installed, try running the EGS Recipe Center again.
