I can't properly use xlprecision. What should I do?

My computer is a 64-bits computer
I have tried to use:
regsvr32 -u c:\windows\syswow64\mscomctl.ocx~
regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\mscomctl.ocx
it says it was concluded succefully... but my excell still doesn't work

I tried to put TRUE in defaultapppool; still doesn't work

In my excell I tried add-ins in options; still doesn't work

In my VBA I tried tools-references-xlprecision; still doesn't work

WHAT SHOULD I DO??? I THINK I TRIED EVERYTHING

IT ALWAYS SHOWS:
"compile error in hidden module: mdladdin
this error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform or arquitecture of this application.
