Bought this 4 times, four places. Each time I only get demo, then get refunded. Why?

So if I try to get the full version again, can I get support when once again I end up with the demo?
Tried the app store, never worked. Tried mac games, big fish, even went directly to awem. Each time it stops after the first epoch. So is THIS the FULL VERSION HERE????????

BTW.... AWEM gave me paths to all the related files to find and delete. NONE exist on my computer.

I had a paid version, it stopped working. I downloaded the latest version, but got a demo version...arg.
It's a great app. How do I get my app back?
