Purchased command logbook from command website and could move to new computer by deactivating on old computer and activate on new computer. Now after deactivating on old computer is asking for an install key on new computer. Please advise a solution.
The installation key should have been provided upon purchase or in an email confirmation. If the user is unable to locate it, they should contact the command website's customer support for assistance.
