MetaX 2.80 cannot be installed (Win 10). Why?

Hello, I tried to install the free version of MetaX 2.80 under WIN-10 three times to test it. Nothing will be installed. Can someone help me? I would also buy the purchase version if I knew it could be installed. Thank you for replies. JueWe

It is possible that MetaX 2.80 is not compatible with Windows 10. The user can try reaching out to the MetaX support team for assistance or try installing a different version of the software.
