How to solve the problem? The mirror operation could not be logged (...\Logxml is locked)

used Robomirror for many years , but have been routinely receiving following error message for last few months

"The mirror operation could not be logged" ; The file c:\users...\appdata\local\robomirror\logxml is locked

the (x2) scheduled mirror operations continue to function normally

The error message indicates that the log file used by RoboMirror is currently in use or locked by another program. To resolve the issue, try closing any other programs that may be accessing the log file and then try running RoboMirror again.
