I did not install this software and suddenly it appear in my desktop (together with another software called "orato"). I have tried control penal -> add/remove programme but it just not appear in the list, how can I uninstall this software?
Try using a third-party uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller to remove the software. If that doesn't work, you may need to manually delete the files and registry entries associated with the software.
