My TechTool Pro 15 has been running for 5 hours and has not passed Unmount yet, is there a solution?

It is not normal for TechTool Pro 15 to take 5 hours to pass the "Unmount" stage. There could be several reasons for this, such as disk errors or hardware issues. The user should try restarting the Mac and running the test again, or contacting TechTool Pro support for further assistance.
