can this software convert an mp3 file to a .mtf multitrack multi file ?

hi there.

can this software convert my mp3 songs to .mtf multi file multitrack format ? this way I can split my song into its individual instrument tracks and mute the instruments I don't want in Garageband and create my own backing track in Garageband so that I can play my own lead guitar solos and piano solos etc . is this possible with this converter ?
