How can I download Costab32.exe?

The project is available for downloading from its official page at ADB website. It has an installer which also contains the file you want.

Later Edit: It seems the download URL is no longer working and a way of obtaining the software is to contact the developers at costab@adb.org

The site referred to does NOT install/download Costab. Link does not work!

Now I see that the project was discontinued. I tried to find a working link to the software but it seems that it was removed from the ABD website also. As the developers recommended, in case of downloading problems, you will need to contact them at : costab@adb.org for this issue to be resolved.
