Can I download Microsoft Office on an Acer tablet?

I would like to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc) on my Acer. Do I need to purchase Microsoft Office and if so how do I download it to my Acer?

Unfortunately, you can't. Microsoft Office is still in development for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. It is rumoured that the package will be released in 2014. Till that moment you can use some alternatives such as Polaris Office or Documents To Go.
