All released Acer tablets come installed with Android operating system. As far as I have seen the OS version for these tablets is 4.0.X. The application you want to install is available only for Windows environments and iOS (iPhone, iPad, etc). It has been suggested as a future development for the application to be released for Android based devices but it is somewhat uncertain because of the limitations of the hardware and the difficulty of coding.
Nonetheless, in the future it could be possible that the application will be developed/ported for Android devices.
