I bought Logilink USB 2.0 Video Grabber with installation disc - honestech VHS to DVD 3.0 SE but the picture is not stable and moves regardless of whether it is in recording position or not. The operating system of my laptop is Windows 10. Please help if there is a way to solve this problem. Thank you.
