How to get onto Windows SAM registry file on my chrome?

I can't get onto Windows SAM registry file on my chrome.

Unfortunately, you cannot directly access the Windows SAM registry file on your Chromebook. The SAM registry file is specific to the Windows operating system and cannot be accessed on a Chromebook running Chrome OS.
