There is no enthalpy calculation in ct-energy, why?

The melt.pl script call 'ct-energy' module to read enthalpy value (dh) for calculating melting temperature. However, there is no where in the 'ct-energy.c' script that extracts enthalpy and also there is no output from that script (only print out the energy value)
