Does this work without Flash?

I have been using this program Ex-Sense successfully for about ten years but hadn't used it for a year. Suddenly I get error messages on startup, eg "runtime error 399 cannot find flash9f.ocx"

When I replaced that file, it started pretending it couldn't find flash9e.ocx, which i'm not sure exists?

Do I have to somehow re-install Flash? Or is this something to do with upgrading to Windows 10?

Yes, it appears that you need to reinstall or update Adobe Flash on your computer. Try downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Flash to resolve the error messages you are encountering.

MUCH more likely this is something to do with the program nøt working in windows 10 (or flash not working in windows 10)

!lash was working fine as was its updating service.

Was this answered by a bot, - with such an obvious technical answer after so long?
