How to find an ancient copy of Clarion?

I purchased the system over 25 years ago and over time, lost the package. I am a 71 year old retired police sergeant and I wanted to see if I could still do something with it. One of the programs I wrote for my PD ne4eds to be upgraded and they have asked me if I can update it. They do not have any budget to purchase Clarion and I have been retired for 4 years and have minimal money.
