How to restart icredimail?

How to restart icredimail because of flash-need to restart icredimail lost my email files

To restart IncrediMail, you can close the program completely and then open it again. If you are experiencing issues with the Flash plugin, you may need to update or reinstall Flash on your computer. Restarting IncrediMail should not cause you to lose your email files unless there was a separate issue.
