I get video but no audio, will updated version of software help? Windows 10.

I have version 3.0.43. Only 2 options for audio, neither work. I'm willing to try version 9.

Upgrading to the latest version of the software may help resolve the audio issue. It is worth trying version 9 to see if the problem is resolved.
