Will this product work if i do Not have Indesign License information. Computer was purchased used with Adobe indesignCS6 and Illustrator CS6.

Yes, the program Q2ID for Windows should work even if you do not have InDesign license information. However, since Q2ID is a plugin for InDesign, you will require a licensed version of InDesign CS6 for it to function properly.
