I cannot open the software on my computer or any .dso file. Any idea of the problem?

Hi, I have a problemw with echart - while the download was a success - I cannot open the software on my omputer or any .dso file. But When I try to open a another .dso files, A error message appaer and say "another instance of echart is already runnning". Any idea of the problem ?
