I receive an error 11888 when I am installing AutoCAD 2013 for Windows 7 64bit

Trying to install AutoCAD 2013 in a 64bit Windows 7 environment but I keep receiving error 11888 every time. How to fix this error?

Please try to install the application using another user with administration rights, UAC off and anti-virus disabled.
