Does this work with xbox adaptive controller?

I'm disabled and would prefer to play the pc version rather than the xbox version, if I plug in my adaptive controller will it interpret them the same way?

Yes, Minecontrol for Minecraft should work with the Xbox Adaptive Controller. If you plug in your adaptive controller, Minecontrol should interpret its inputs in the same way as it does with the Xbox version.
