The application should work in Windows XP, but users on the release page have problems opening it even in Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. Make sure to install Net Framework and Visual C++ Runtime and re-install it again and it should work. If you keep encountering errors, use an older version of the application until the latest release is updated.
