Is Neo2 available for mac os catalina 10.15.1?

Will the Alphasync make it so I can use or access NeoManager? My NEO2 can only be entered by using a factory default reset. And I can SEND the file by USB to Mac pages. However, once the Neo2 is turned off and turned back onI have to do the FACTORY DEFAULT RESET again ( multiple error messages) and then ALL files in the Neo2 are wiped out. WOULD THE Alpha Sync cure this problem..could I then open NEO MANAGER?
