In the ArcSoft ShowBiz DVD program for Windows, you can change the input codec from NTSC to PAL by going to the program settings or preferences. Look for an option or menu that allows you to select the input codec and switch it from NTSC to PAL. Be sure to save the changes after making the adjustment.
