To be able to use PAF 3.0 data on Windows 10, you can try running the program in compatibility mode. Right-click on the program's icon, go to Properties, and then navigate to the Compatibility tab. From there, you can select an older version of Windows (such as Windows XP) and enable compatibility mode. This may allow the program to function properly.
