It appears that the Sentry Vision Security program is still running in the background, even though it has been disabled from the control panel. In order to uninstall it, you may need to completely close the program first. Try right-clicking on its icon in the system tray (near the clock), and choose the option to exit or close the program. Once it is no longer running, you should be able to uninstall it successfully.
