Why cannot I verify my account?

I use boxcryptor classic. I changed my password and could not reach boxcryptor classic on the web to verify my account. The link sends me to the updated boxcryptor site which does not recognize either my log in or my password. My password is correct as I can access boxcryptor on my computer.
