There is no need for an application because the phone you have is Android 2.3.x ready which means that the Screenshot feature is already embedded into the OS. To take a screenshot, you need to press Menu Button + Power Button for a few seconds. An animation frame will appear indicating that a screenshot is taken along with a message saying where the screenshot was saved.

@Andrew I tried that, and when I hold both down, my phone options pop up. Not a screenshot.

I tried this but Holding the power button makes the little options pop up like 'Silent Mode' 'Airplane Mode'
Or 'Power Off' Is there anyother way that does not involve the power button?
