Is a new cards starting allowance date changeable in version 6.9?

Hi, We use this program for our contactless cards and we encountered that whenever we add a new card, the standard expiration date is set to 2020.12.31. Changing it is not a hassle since we still do it for every card but is there an option to change this standard starting date in version 6.9?
