How can we text people with a DSi?
I am afraid that it's not possible to text people who own a Nintento DSi because it does not feature SMS capabilities. The device is used in gaming only and has limited browsing capability.
You need a site that dosent require downloads. Javascript is ok. Otherwise you cannot text with one.
i have tried myself many times. i am on my dsi right now. dsi systems are not capable of much when it comes to the web. you cant make any downloads off the internet, but only in the dsi shop. try updating your system once in a while to keep up to date on new apps. they just might come out with a texting or chat app.
There was a DSi compatible site that let you text people, but they can't text you back. If you want to text with people, get a phone. IT'S EASIER.
