To configure MaxDVR for Internet broadcasting you will need to enter the Basic Configuration area. From there, Web Camera Service and Remote Play Back Service need to be checked. Also, if the device is connecting through a router you will need to open the following ports: 80, 1159, 1259 and 13551. They are required in case you want to connect to the device remotely.
The Basic Configuration area should give all the necessary details for you to connect to the Internet. If you use DHCP from a router, then just enable it and make note of the IP address it is assigned to. In case of static IP situation, the ports will be opened automatically by the application.
