I delete all, but this cloud appears full. How can I empty it?

My account have attached google drive. Sometime in the past I deposit there some data. I delete now all, but this cloud appear full. How can I empty it. I copy / paste it but is impossible... android show to me he copy but inspected cloud is full with old data and report me have no space.. How can I solve ?
