I want to download the ink counter reset key for Epson Stylus SX130. Can you help me to find one?

There is an utility which works for your Epson printer although it was designed to work for SX125. Please navigate to the forum and download the application attached to the first post as user who posted it's the developer of the application. Please notice that you will need a username and password to have access to the file. As said, this program works for the following printer models: ME320, SX125, TX121 and SX130.

Download the application, unpack it, run the executable, from the pull-down menu select a model of the printer and ESP for Destination. Then navigate to Particular adjustment mode > Maintenance > Waste ink pad counter > Check and then mark Main Pad Counter and FL Box Counter followed by Initialize. Once you click the final button, a message will pop up asking to restart your printer.

The reset operation can't be done with a custom utility. The known utilities on the market are not compatible with your product. However, there is a chance to succeed by visiting Epson Support in your local area. They have the proprietary tools to reset the printer and its components.
