Is there any change to the program?

hello .
I have 3 ip cam (WXH-151122-***)over 3 years and the last 15-20 days i have not access from outside wi-fi environment . Is there any change to the program or something change .

There have been no known changes to the WANSCAM program recently. It is possible that something else has changed which caused the issue with accessing your IP cameras from outside the Wi-Fi environment. You may need to troubleshoot your network or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
